This 1st part of 50-min video is edited from April 19 2008. This is 2nd signing public forum. You may be able to see the PowerPoint Presentation from the video. Someday, my presentation will be captioned or subtitled for the signing-impaired. It is about SCHOOL from School-Work-Life: A New Deaf Economy. It should be designed as a resounding theory after 2 centuries of proven deaf educational system.
